REGISTRATION FOR SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION (BAPTISM, CONFIRMATION, AND FIRST COMMUNION/CONFESSION FOR CHILDREN OVER 7 YEARS OF AGE)

Parents and guardians who are interested in having their child enrolled into the confirmation program, or completing their child’s entry into the Church (Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation) must fill out the form that you either pick up at the entrance of each of our churches or by using the Registration form link on this page
Parents and guardians should expect to meet with Fr. Brian personally or in a parent’s meeting to discuss their child’s Sacramental Preparation.
